In the 2022 series they won finals against Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United Arab Emirates to claim victory at all three tournaments. The 2021 edition was held as a single tournament in Dubai, where the Hong Kong, China team defeated the Republic of Korea 33-7 in the final.
