SWITCH TO LEFT HAND
He initially shot right-handed when he took up the sport. However, when his performances began to dip in 2017 as he struggled with nerves and involuntary muscle movements in his right hand and arm, his university coach suggested he switch to shooting left-handed. After undertaking a weight training programme to prepare his left hand and arm for shooting, he returned to competition six months later and saw an upturn in his results.
