General
SCHOLARSHIP
In 2019 he received a scholarship from the International Swimming Federation [FINA] to spend one year training at the Development Centre in Kazan, Russian Federation. His scholarship period was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. "I went to Kazan after winning the scholarship and was supposed to train there and improve my skills for a year. It was difficult. I had to tweak my technique a bit to the Russian style, but I was learning. Yes, one year is not much for all this but the pandemic did not help either." (thebridge, 16 May 2021)

OCCUPATION
