She has competed in road cycling and track cycling at an elite level. On the track she claimed bronze in omnium at the 2020 Asian Championships in Jincheon, Republic of Korea, while on the road she secured victory in the road race at the 2021 National Games in Shaanxi, People's Republic of China. She began training for triathlon as a child. Of the three disciplines, she was weakest at cycling so she participated in a youth cycling training programme while she was at middle school. She has competed in road cycling and track cycling during her career and hopes to represent Hong Kong, China in both sports at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China. "Racing in the road competition can help improve my endurance power which is essential in the madison and omnium on the track. There will be a number of road and track competitions ahead of the Asian Games which will be good build-up for Hangzhou.
