At 2018 AG, reached 400m SF (4th in 4x400m). Competed at 2023 WCh (400m, 4x400m). At 2018 U20 JWCh, 8th in 4x400m. Two-time 2023 AsianCh relay medallist (4x400m, mxd 4x400m). Twice 2019 SEA Games champion (400m, 4x400m). Three-time NCh champion in 400m (2018, 2019) and 4x400m (2023). Armed Forces athlete.

2022 U20 JWCh 400m bronze medallist.

Four AG medals (2 gold, 2 bronze) - 400m (2014 gold, 2010 bronze), 4x400 (2010 gold, 2014 bronze). SF in 400m at 2012 OG. Competed in 4 WCh (2009, 2011, 2013, 2015) making 400m finals twice (6th in 2013, 8th in 2015). 2015 World Military Games 400m champion. Seven-time AsianCh medallist - 4 in 400m (2011 and 2013 gold, 2015 silver, 2023 bronze), 3 in 4x400m (2013 gold, 2011 and 2015 silver).

2020 Olympian (4x400m). Competed at 3 wCh (2017, 2019, 2023) reaching 400m SF in 2023. Won global 4x400 medals at 2021 World Relays (silver) and 2015 WUG (bronze).
