TRAINING ABROAD
In 2019 he spent time altitude training with coach Scott Simmons in Colorado Springs, CO, United States of America. However, he damaged his Achilles tendon while he was there, and has no plans to return in the future. "It was like an experiment for me. The climate was extreme. I went there because I wanted to know what it was like to train at the best facilities and with the coaches. It was a difficult period, to be honest."
