She moved to a new primary school and the school had an archery team. "When I was in the third grade, our gym teacher asked us to raise our hands if we were interested in trying archery. So I raised my hand and started the sport. I guess I took it up without any thought or hesitation. When I asked my dad if I could learn archery, he told me that I could only do it if I was going to pursue this as my career.
