Team Overview

General
Uzbekistan are making their Asian Games 3x3 basketball debut at the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou.

They made their first appearance at the U23 World Cup at the 2022 edition of the tournament in Romania, where they lost all four of their games in the pool phase and finished 19th out of 20 teams.

The senior Uzbekistani team won silver at the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, which were held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. They also competed at the Asia Cup in 2018 and 2022. They were knocked out at the quarterfinal stage by Japan in 2018 and did not progress past the preliminary round in 2022.
